My deposit has not arrived

The four things that hold a deposit up, in the order worth checking.
Work through these in order. The first three you can check yourself from the transaction in your sending wallet.
1. The transaction has not confirmed yet
We credit a deposit only after it reaches the number of network confirmations shown for that network on the deposit screen. Until then the transfer exists on the blockchain but not in your balance. This is the ordinary case and it resolves on its own.
2. It was sent on a different network
Many assets exist on several networks, and an address for one network is not valid for another. A transfer sent over a network we do not list for that asset cannot be credited. Check which network your sending wallet actually used.
3. It was below the minimum
Each network has a minimum deposit shown beside it. Transfers below that amount are not credited.
4. A required memo or tag was missing
Where the deposit screen shows a memo or tag alongside the address, it identifies your account on a shared address. A transfer that arrives without it cannot be attributed automatically.
If none of these explains it, email support with the asset, the network, the amount and the transaction hash. Include the hash — without it a deposit cannot be traced.
