Withdrawing crypto

A withdrawal goes to an address you have added and confirmed in advance. This is deliberate: it means a stolen session alone cannot move funds to a new destination.

Adding a withdrawal address

1. Open Settings and add the address, choosing the network it belongs to and giving it a nickname.
2. We email you a confirmation link. Open it to activate the address.
3. The address becomes available to withdraw to once confirmed.

Only withdraw to an address generated for the network you select. An address for another network could result in the loss of your funds.

Making a withdrawal

Choose the asset, the network and a confirmed address, enter an amount at or above the minimum shown, and review. Depending on how your account is protected you may be asked to verify with a passkey before the withdrawal is submitted.

When a withdrawal is blocked

• If your settings are locked, withdrawals are blocked until you unlock them.
• If you recently turned two-factor authentication off, any withdrawal address added in the following 12 hours is restricted.
• If your account is in recovery, withdrawals are held until the hold lifts.
