Depositing crypto

Each asset can be deposited on one or more networks. The deposit screen lists every network we support for that asset, and for each one it shows the minimum deposit and the number of network confirmations we wait for before crediting. Those values are read live — always take them from the screen rather than from memory.

Making a deposit

1. Open Deposit and choose the asset and the network you will send on.
2. Copy the deposit address shown for that exact asset-and-network pair. Some networks also require a memo or tag; if one is shown, it is not optional.
3. Send from your external wallet on the same network you selected.
4. Wait for the confirmations shown on the screen. The balance appears once they are reached.

Only deposit using one of the supported networks shown for that asset. Funds sent over any other network cannot be credited.

Amounts below the minimum

Each network has a minimum deposit, shown next to it. A transfer below that amount is not credited to your balance. If you have sent one, contact support — do not send a second small transfer expecting the two to combine.
