This page sets out how to buy USD Coin on EBCMX. Buying happens on the spot market: you create an account, complete identity verification, deposit crypto on a supported network, then place an order against the live order book. The markets, networks and fees are listed below.
USD Coin is a dollar-denominated balance that stays on the blockchain. A holder who wants to be out of a volatile asset without leaving the chain can hold USDC between trades and move back into a market whenever they choose, with the balance still on-chain and still transferable at any time. Circle states that every token in circulation is backed by an equivalent value in cash and short-dated US Treasuries.
It is also a quote currency. A market quoted in USDC prices one moving asset against a dollar-denominated one, so the figure on the screen tracks the base asset rather than two prices at once. EBCMX quotes spot markets in USDC for that reason. Holding USDC in an account is a balance and nothing more — EBCMX pays no interest on it and offers no savings or earn product.
EBCMX credits a USDC deposit after it reaches the confirmation count below on the network you send from. Sending on a network that is not listed here will not credit.

Create an EBCMX account, complete identity verification, then deposit crypto on one of the supported networks. Once the deposit credits, place a market or limit order on a USDC market and it executes against the live order book.
Each USDC market publishes its own minimum order size, along with the price and quantity precision it accepts. Those limits are enforced when the order is placed, so an order below the minimum is rejected rather than accepted.
Spot trading is maker-taker. These markets sit on the stablecoin, pegged token and FX schedule, where your tier follows your 30-day trading volume alone, and the rate is read from the published fee schedule, the same schedule settlement charges by. A withdrawal fee applies separately, per network.
No. EBCMX is funded by crypto deposits on the supported networks — there is no card, bank transfer or payment-processor lane. Send crypto from another wallet or exchange, and once it credits you can buy USDC on the spot market.
The open USDC markets are listed on this page with their live prices. Each row opens that market's order book, which is where the order is placed.
Any network shown in the deposit table. Each row states the confirmations we wait for and the minimum that credits. A deposit sent on a network that is not listed will not credit.
You can trade once your verification has been reviewed by our team and your deposit has reached the confirmations its network requires. That count differs per network and is listed in the deposit table.
Yes. A USDC withdrawal goes to an address you have added and confirmed first. A withdrawal fee applies per network and is shown to you before you confirm the withdrawal.
Yes. Verification is required before trading and before withdrawal. Documents are uploaded from the dashboard and reviewed by our team, not by an automated system.
The price shown is the lowest resting sell order on our own order book, checked against an index reference — the median across major venues. If our lowest ask sits more than 200 basis points from that reference, the index price is shown instead.
