EBCMX is a cryptocurrency exchange for spot trading: you buy and sell digital assets against a live order book, at the price the book gives you, with the fees published in advance.
EBCMX is operated by ECA, Corp. and runs at ebcmx.com. That company is the party you contract with when you open an account — it is named in the terms of service and in the privacy notice.

Spot trading on a public order book
Every public market has an open order book that anyone can read before signing in. Orders match by price first and then by the time they arrived, and the rule is the same for every account.

Maker and taker rates are published in full, and the page that publishes them reads the same schedule the exchange charges by. On markets with tiered rates, your tier is whichever of your trading volume over the last 30 days or your assets on platform gives you the better rate.

Supported assets are deposited and withdrawn on their own networks. Balances are held with an established institutional custody provider, and a new withdrawal address must be confirmed by email before it can be used.
How funding worksIdentity checks reviewed by people
Verification documents are uploaded from your dashboard and reviewed in house by a team of people. No automated score decides your account.
